By accessing or using AdaCue's platform, services, APIs, and tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
AdaCue provides a platform for creating, managing, and deploying AI-powered virtual avatars. Our Services include the Avatar Intelligence Toolkit, Avatar Studio, deployment tools, and developer APIs.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Create avatars that impersonate real individuals without their consent
- Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content through avatars
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create using our platform. AdaCue retains all rights to the underlying technology, platform, and Services. You grant AdaCue a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.
6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdaCue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
